With almost 30 years combined experience, we are a team of local, dedicated and experienced managers and support workers who specialise in working with care experienced young people and care leavers.

Our focus is in our name; Empower. We are dedicated to empowering care-experienced young people and care leavers by providing safe, supportive, and nurturing accommodation and support. Our mission is to create an environment where young people can thrive, gain independence, and build a strong foundation for their future.

With a team of compassionate professionals, we offer tailored support that addresses the unique needs and challenges faced by each young person in our care. We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to realize their potential, and we are committed to guiding them through this pivotal stage of their lives.
